AIVA Healthcare provides a platform to help users request ambulance and emergency transport services. Service availability, dispatch time, and vehicle type may vary based on location, demand, and operational conditions.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, including pickup location, contact details, and patient condition.
You are responsible for ensuring that emergency requests are genuine and lawful. Misuse of emergency services may lead to suspension of access and legal action.
4. Pricing and Payments
Charges are displayed before confirmation and may include service fees, distance charges, waiting charges, and applicable taxes. Payment options may include online payment and cash, depending on service type.
In case of cash payment, the amount must be paid at the end of the trip directly to the assigned service provider.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges may apply depending on dispatch status and distance covered. Eligible refunds, if any, are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for timely and reliable service, AIVA Healthcare is not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, technical outages, third-party disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
