Patients arrive at Mumbai's railway stations every day from across India. Some come for treatment at the city's large hospitals. Many are Mumbai residents returning home after being treated in another city. AIVA's railway station ambulance service in Mumbai covers that last stretch of the journey, in both directions.
Our crew meets the patient at the coach with a wheelchair or a stretcher, manages the move along the platform, and drives them to the receiving hospital — or straight to their home address. On departure the same crew collects the patient from a hospital ward or from home and settles them into their coach.
We cover CSMT, Dadar, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai Central and Bandra Terminus, plus Borivali, Andheri, Thane, Panvel and Vasai Road. Oxygen, stretcher and wheelchair support are part of the booking whenever the patient needs them. A station transfer in Mumbai is a planned handover, not a scramble. We run it in both directions — station to hospital or home on arrival, and hospital or home back to the station when it is time to travel.

On the same call we recommend the right vehicle for the patient and confirm one all-inclusive figure before the ambulance is dispatched.
Our crew meets you at the station
The ambulance is positioned at the station with a stretcher or wheelchair ready. The crew helps move the patient from the train side to the vehicle without rushing them.
Direct transfer to the hospital or home
The patient travels straight to the hospital — or straight home, if that is where they are headed — with a trained attendant alongside. The same arrangement runs in reverse for drops: we collect from the hospital or from home and bring the patient to the station in time for the train.

Common Questions — Station Ambulance in Mumbai
Call 74001 94039 with the station, the expected arrival, the coach number if you have it, and the receiving hospital. We confirm the pickup on the same call, and the family travelling with the patient gets the crew's number so both sides can coordinate directly. Booking a day or two ahead is ideal, but same-day requests are taken whenever a vehicle is available.
The crew comes in. A paramedic meets the patient at the coach with a wheelchair or stretcher, manages the move along the platform and out to the ambulance, and the family only needs to walk alongside. For a patient who cannot sit up, the stretcher shift is done entirely by our team.
Yes. Where the patient is on prescribed oxygen, the paramedic brings a portable cylinder to the coach and keeps it running through the platform shift, the drive and the handover at the ward. Mention the oxygen requirement on the call so the right equipment is loaded.
