South Mumbai · Central Railway

AIVA's crew meets arriving patients at CSMT with a stretcher or wheelchair and manages the full shift from the platform to the ambulance, so an unwell or elderly traveller never has to negotiate the concourse crowd on their own. South Mumbai's major hospitals sit within a short run of the terminus, which makes this one of the quickest station-to-bed transfers we do. For departures, we bring patients from the ward to the station with time in hand and help them board.

Central Mumbai · Central & Western Railway

Dadar is one of the busiest pickup points AIVA covers, and our crews know both the Central and Western sides of the station well. The ambulance waits at the agreed exit while the paramedic comes in with a wheelchair or stretcher, takes over the patient from the family and manages the move out to the vehicle. Tata Memorial and KEM at Parel are among the most common drops from here, particularly for oncology patients arriving from other states.

Kurla, Central Mumbai · Central Railway

Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at Kurla receives a large share of long-distance travellers, and many of AIVA's bookings here are patients arriving for treatment at Mumbai's central and eastern hospitals. The crew reaches the platform with oxygen where the patient needs it, completes the stretcher shift and moves directly to the receiving hospital. The reverse booking — hospital ward to LTT for a homeward train — is just as routine for us.

South Mumbai · Western Railway

Mumbai Central sits in the middle of one of the densest hospital belts in the country, and AIVA runs station-to-bed transfers here daily. The paramedic meets the patient on arrival, manages the platform-to-ambulance shift with a stretcher or wheelchair, and hands over at the receiving ward with the family's papers in order. Patients being discharged to an onward train are picked up from the hospital and settled at the station by the same crew.

Western Suburbs · Western Railway

Bandra Terminus handles heavy long-distance traffic from northern and western India, and AIVA's crews are regulars at its arrival gates. We carry the patient from the platform on our own stretcher, run oxygen where prescribed, and cover the short distance to Bandra and BKC's hospitals or onward to wherever the family is headed. Departure-side bookings from Lilavati and the surrounding hospitals are handled bed-to-berth by the same team.

Western Suburbs · Western Railway

Borivali is the main outstation stop for the northern Western Suburbs, and families here often prefer a station pickup over bringing an unwell relative all the way into town. AIVA's ambulance meets the patient at Borivali and covers the local hospital belt from Borivali to Malad, or runs further south when the treatment is at a bigger centre. Wheelchair and stretcher support through the station is part of every booking.

Western Suburbs · Western Railway

Andheri's outstation platforms serve a huge residential catchment, and AIVA handles regular pickups here for patients heading to the western suburbs' large private hospitals. The crew manages the walkover from the platform, settles the patient in the ambulance with oxygen running where needed, and completes the transfer to the ward. Kokilaben at Four Bungalows is the single most common drop from this station.

Thane · Central Railway

Thane is the gateway station for the lake city and the belt beyond it, and AIVA runs both directions here — arriving patients moved to Thane's hospitals, and discharged patients brought from the ward to the station for their journey home. The crew comes onto the platform with a wheelchair or stretcher, so the family only has to point us to the coach. Jupiter and Bethany are the most frequent local drops.

Kalyan-Dombivli · Central Railway

Kalyan Junction serves the fast-growing Kalyan-Dombivli belt, and a station pickup here saves an unwell traveller the long onward road journey by taxi. AIVA's ambulance meets the patient at Kalyan with stretcher and oxygen support and covers the local hospitals, or runs through to Thane and Mumbai when the treatment is there. Hospital-to-station drops for onward trains are handled with the same crew from ward to coach.

Navi Mumbai · Central Railway

Panvel is the arrival point for travellers from the Konkan and the south, and AIVA covers it for the whole of Navi Mumbai's hospital belt. The crew completes the platform shift with a stretcher or wheelchair and moves the patient to Kamothe, Kharghar or Vashi, or across to Mumbai proper when the treatment demands it. Families returning to the Konkan book the reverse leg — hospital bed to Panvel's platform — just as often.

Vasai-Virar · Western Railway

Vasai Road serves the Vasai-Virar belt north of Mumbai, where a station ambulance saves a long and uncomfortable road leg for anyone arriving unwell. AIVA's crew meets the patient at the station, manages the stretcher or wheelchair shift, and runs either to the local hospitals or south to the Borivali–Andheri hospital belt. Oxygen support from the platform onwards is available on request.
