A planned handover from the coach to the ambulance, and the same four steps in reverse when the patient is travelling out.
Call from the train
The patient's relative calls AIVA while the train is still on its way, with the station, the coach number and where the patient is going.
Ready on the platform
The crew waits at the coach position, suitably equipped, ten minutes before the train arrives — with a stretcher or wheelchair and oxygen if it is needed.
Pick-up from the train
The patient is helped off the train and onto the wheelchair or stretcher, and moved along the platform without the family lifting or carrying anyone.
Onward by ambulance
The patient is brought out, settled in, and driven to the hospital or home, with one attendant alongside for the journey.
AIVA's railway station ambulance service picks patients up at the station and takes them wherever they need to go — to a hospital, or straight home. The service also runs the other way: we collect the patient from a hospital ward or from their house and bring them to the station in good time for their train.
A trained paramedic meets the patient at the station with a wheelchair or a stretcher and manages the move to the ambulance, so the family does not have to lift or carry anyone. Oxygen runs the whole way when it is prescribed, and one attendant travels with the patient.
We cover the main railway stations in Mumbai, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Nashik. Make one call with the station name, the patient's condition and the destination address. We confirm the right ambulance — patient transport, oxygen, or ICU — and the full cost on that same call, before the vehicle is sent. Nothing is added to the bill afterwards. AIVA is a private ambulance provider and is not affiliated with Indian Railways; we work at these stations as a pickup and drop service for our own patients.

A station transfer is a planned handover, not a scramble. We run it in both directions — station to hospital or home on arrival, and hospital or home back to the station when it is time to travel.

Tell us which station the patient is arriving at or departing from, where they are going — a hospital or their home address — and the patient's condition. One call is enough; there is no form to fill.
We confirm the ambulance type and the cost
On the same call we recommend the right vehicle for the patient and confirm one all-inclusive figure before the ambulance is dispatched.
Our crew meets you at the station
The ambulance is positioned at the station with a stretcher or wheelchair ready. The crew helps move the patient from the train side to the vehicle without rushing them.
Direct transfer to the hospital or home
The patient travels straight to the hospital — or straight home, if that is where they are headed — with a trained attendant alongside. The same arrangement runs in reverse for drops: we collect from the hospital or from home and bring the patient to the station in time for the train.
