Patients arrive at Maharashtra's railway stations from every corner of India — for surgery, for oncology treatment, for a specialist opinion they cannot get at home. The hard part of that journey is rarely the train. It is the last stretch: getting an unwell person off a platform, through a crowded concourse and across the city to a hospital bed.
AIVA's railway station ambulance service covers exactly that stretch. A paramedic meets the patient at the station with a wheelchair or a stretcher, takes over the move to the ambulance, and completes the transfer to the receiving hospital. Oxygen runs continuously where the patient needs it, and one attendant travels with the patient in the vehicle.
The service works in reverse just as often. On discharge, the same crew collects the patient from the ward, drives to the station with time in hand and settles them into their coach for the journey home. AIVA is a private ambulance provider and is not affiliated with Indian Railways — we operate at these stations as a pickup and drop service for our own patients.

On the same call we recommend the right vehicle for the patient and confirm one all-inclusive figure before the ambulance is dispatched. No revisions afterwards.
Our crew meets you at the station
The ambulance is positioned at the station with a stretcher or wheelchair ready. The crew helps move the patient from the train side to the vehicle without rushing them.
Direct transfer to the hospital
The patient travels straight to the hospital with a trained attendant alongside. For hospital-to-station drops the same arrangement runs in reverse, timed to the departure.
