Stations We Cover
Railway Stations We Serve in Pune
10 stations across Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad. Each card names the area the station sits in and the hospitals we most often transfer patients to — pickups and drops both work the same way.
Central Pune · Central Railway
Pune Junction is the city's principal station and the busiest pickup point AIVA covers in Pune. The crew meets arriving patients at the platform with a stretcher or wheelchair, and the Sassoon Road hospital cluster — Ruby Hall, Jehangir, Sassoon — sits practically next door, which keeps the station-to-bed leg short. Discharged patients travelling onward are brought from the ward and settled into their coach by the same team.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Ruby Hall Clinic, Sassoon Road, Jehangir Hospital, Sassoon Road, Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, KEM Hospital, Rasta Peth, Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital, Koregaon Park
Shivajinagar Railway Station
SVJR
Central Pune · Central Railway
Shivajinagar station sits close to the Deccan hospital belt, and for patients headed to that side of the city it is often the more convenient pickup than Pune Junction. AIVA's ambulance meets the patient at the station and covers Sancheti, Poona Hospital and the Deccan centres within a short run. Wheelchair and stretcher support from the platform is part of every booking.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Sancheti Hospital, Shivajinagar, Poona Hospital, Sadashiv Peth, Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, Deccan, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Erandwane
Hadapsar Railway Station
HDP
East Pune · Central Railway
Hadapsar serves Pune's eastern belt, and a pickup here spares patients bound for Noble or Inamdar the crawl through central Pune traffic. AIVA's crew handles the platform shift with a stretcher or wheelchair and completes the short run to the east-side hospitals. For departures, we collect the patient from the ward and manage the boarding at Hadapsar end to end.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Noble Hospital, Hadapsar, Inamdar Multispeciality Hospital, Fatima Nagar, Sahyadri Hospital, Hadapsar
North Pune · Central Railway
Khadki sits between central Pune and the Pimpri-Chinchwad belt, and AIVA covers it for patients on either side. The crew meets the train with wheelchair or stretcher support and runs to the nearby hospitals or onward into the city as the family needs. Oxygen from the platform to the ward is arranged when the patient's condition calls for it.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Ruby Hall Clinic, Sassoon Road, Sancheti Hospital, Shivajinagar
Pimpri Railway Station
PMP
Pimpri-Chinchwad · Central Railway
Pimpri station serves the heart of the industrial twin city, and AIVA's ambulance meets patients here for the full Pimpri-Chinchwad hospital belt. The paramedic manages the platform-to-vehicle shift and the drop at DY Patil, Aditya Birla or whichever centre is treating the patient. Ward-to-station transfers for onward journeys run just as regularly in the other direction.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Dr. D. Y. Patil Hospital, Pimpri, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Lokmanya Hospital, Chinchwad, Sterling Multispeciality Hospital, Nigdi
Chinchwad Railway Station
CCH
Pimpri-Chinchwad · Central Railway
Chinchwad is the closest station to Aditya Birla Memorial, one of the region's largest hospitals, and that single fact drives most of AIVA's bookings here. The crew meets the patient at the platform, completes the stretcher or wheelchair shift, and covers the short distance to the receiving ward. Patients discharged to a train home are picked up and boarded by the same team.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Lokmanya Hospital, Chinchwad, Dr. D. Y. Patil Hospital, Pimpri
Akurdi Railway Station
AKRD
Pimpri-Chinchwad · Central Railway
Akurdi serves the Nigdi–Ravet end of Pimpri-Chinchwad, and a pickup here keeps the road leg short for patients treated in that belt. AIVA's ambulance waits at the station exit while the paramedic brings the patient off the platform with a wheelchair or stretcher. Sterling at Nigdi and Aditya Birla Memorial are the usual drops.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Sterling Multispeciality Hospital, Nigdi, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Lokmanya Hospital, Nigdi
Dehu Road Railway Station
DEHR
Dehu Road · Central Railway
Dehu Road sits at the northern edge of the Pimpri-Chinchwad belt, and AIVA covers it for patients from the cantonment area and the surrounding villages. The crew handles the platform shift and runs either to the Nigdi–Chinchwad hospitals or out to MIMER at Talegaon, whichever is treating the patient. Oxygen support from the platform is available on request.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
MIMER Medical College & Hospital, Talegaon, Lokmanya Hospital, Nigdi, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad
Talegaon Railway Station
TGN
Talegaon Dabhade · Central Railway
Talegaon's station serves a growing residential and industrial belt on the Mumbai side of Pune, with MIMER's teaching hospital as the anchor medical centre. AIVA meets arriving patients with a stretcher or wheelchair and completes the transfer to MIMER or onward into Pimpri-Chinchwad. The reverse run — hospital ward to a waiting train at Talegaon — is part of the same service.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
MIMER Medical College & Hospital, Talegaon, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad, Sterling Multispeciality Hospital, Nigdi
Lonavala Railway Station
LNL
Lonavala · Central Railway
Lonavala sits between Mumbai and Pune, and AIVA covers its station for visitors and residents alike — a traveller taken unwell here can be picked up at the platform and moved to the local hospital or onward to Pune's larger centres. The crew carries wheelchair, stretcher and oxygen support for the hill-town transfer. Bookings run to either city depending on where the family wants treatment.
Hospitals we commonly transfer to
Rural Hospital, Lonavala, MIMER Medical College & Hospital, Talegaon, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Chinchwad
