- Ensure your own safety before helping others
- Turn on hazard lights and set up warning triangles
- Check for fire, fuel leaks, or other dangers
- Call emergency services (AIVA) immediately
- Do not move injured persons unless in immediate danger
How to Help Injured People
- 1Check for responsiveness - speak loudly and tap gently

- 6Reassure them and stay with them until help arrives
What NOT to Do
- Don't move injured person unless in immediate danger (fire, etc.)
- Don't remove helmets from accident victims
- Don't give food or water to injured person
- Don't apply tourniquet unless severe bleeding
- Don't leave the scene until help arrives
